Inspired by of her love of cosmetic and desire to be an entrepreneur Tanniece Coote founded The  Girl in You as a retail cosmetic Company in 2013. The Girl in You brand is a  trendsetting online cosmetic store, offering high quality economical  products and exceptional customer service to shoppers. We are a business made up of innovators and forward thinkers with a drive to constantly update and improve our online shopping experience. 

 

The company started out retailing brands such as Iman, Revlon and Mary Kay, however by 2016 we transitioned into manufacturing focusing on lip balms, lip scrub and facial cleansers.

The Girl in You has worked closely with the The Scientific Research Council in Jamaica, with  The Girl in You Lip balm  being approved by The bureau of Standards and The Ministry of Health. Its  three flag ship flavors are Mango, Strawberry and Coffee, however this number quickly grew to eight. The company now Carries the additional flavors of Bread pudding, Peanut Butter, Carrot Cake, Birthday Cake and Chocolate Fudge. The brand also offer two Lip Scrubs: Pink Sugar and Turmeric. Our Facial Cleaner line currently consist of an African Black Soap liquid wash.
